1.付費責任 Responsibility of Payment of Fees
學生家長或監護人全權負責學費和其他相關費用按時付款；即便付款人為第三方如家長雇主，學生家長也須全權負責學費和其他相關費用按時付款。
The student’s parent or guardian is wholly responsible for payment of tuition and other fees by the due date, even in cases where payment may be subsidized by a third party such as the parent’s employer.

2.付費須知 Payment Instruction
學校收到付款，即表示學生家長或監護人同意學校學費制度。
Once the payment is received by the school, it is deemed that the student’s parent or guardian agrees to the school fee policy.

1.學生無論報名集體課或是一對一課程，都有一個注冊管理費，金額為500元人民幣，報名整學期費用，并且整個學期上完后，此費用將減免。若學生未上完所有課程，發生申請退費情況，集體課依據相應退費規則進行退款，部分小組或集體課程因為退款將導致其它學生無法正常上課的無法操作退款，一對一課程可以全額退款但需要扣除注冊管理費500元人民幣。
There will be a registration management fee of 500 RMB for students to sign up for both group and one-on-one classes. The fee will be deducted after the whole semester.If a student applies for refund after completing all the courses, the group lessons fee will be refunded according to the corresponding rules. The one-on-one lesson can be fully refunded, but the registration management fee will be deducted RMB 500.

2. 若學校于開課前接收到正式的書面退學申請，且學生在當學年沒有參加任何學校開設的課程，退還100%已交學費。
A full refund will be given if a formal written notification of withdrawal is received on or before the class is open and the student does not attend any school days and class for the current year.

3. 若學校于學生參加的集體課程，已經進行了整體課程數的1/3或不到1/3，接收到正式的書面退學申請，課費按照所有已實施優惠前的正價計算后，退還50%此課程課費。
A 50% refund before all the discount fee applied will be given if a formal written notification of withdrawal is received on or before the group lesson class had been opened in 1/3 or less than 1/3 of the whole class lessons which the student had attended.

4.若學校于學生參加的集體課程，已經進行了整體課程數超過1/3但不到1/2，接收到正式的書面退學申請，課費按照所有已實施優惠前的正價計算后，退還25%此課程課費。
A 25% refund before all the discount fee applied will be given if a formal written notification of withdrawal is received on or before the group lesson class had been opened more than 1/3 but less than 1/2 of the whole class lessons which the student had attended.

5.若學校于學生參加的集體課程，已經進行了整體課程數的1/2或超過1/2，接收到正式的書面退學申請，不予退還學費。
No refund will be provided if notification of withdrawal is received after the group lesson class had been opened in 1/2 or above 1/2 of the whole class lessons which the student had attended.

6. 若學校于學生參加的一對一課程，已經開始上課了，同時課程沒有上完，接收到正式的書面退學申請，除去500元的管理費用以外，剩余課費全額退還。
A full refund except 500 RMB administrative fee will be given if a formal written notification of withdrawal is received on or before the “Private Lesson” is open and the student does not attend any school days and class for the current year.

7.若學生一次性購買的課程項目，包含小組課或集體課課程，接收到正式的書面退學申請，課程項目中包含的所有剩余課程，均按照上述集體課退費政策執行。
